PosterChild helps nonprofits turn stories into funding.
We are a mighty team of 6, have raised over $2.2M, and will have enough revenue to be profitable by the end of this quarter.
We are building the first agentic communications and fundraising teammate for nonprofits. The nonprofit sector is the 3rd largest workforce sector in America and represents over $1.5T in annual economic activity. They don’t need more software. They need exponentially more capacity. PosterChild gives them that.
Our platform captures the stories organizations are already creating every day and transforms them into donor-ready impact reports, branded content, funder opportunities, and predictable funding.
Under the hood, we combine AI-powered story collection, brand voice content generation, and funding intelligence built on millions of foundation records and 990s to help teams publish faster and fundraise smarter.
On average, we save each customer 1,400+ hours, $190,000 in contractor costs, and help each uncover $13M in potential funding opportunities.
PosterChild is built to feel less like software and more like an impossibly helpful teammate.
We’re backed by Collab Capital, Zelda Ventures, The House Fund, Precursor VC and legends like Mitch & Freada Kapor. We serve 40+ organizations including the NBA Foundation, UC Berkeley, Ascend Charter Schools, Junior Achievement and are experiencing an inflection point where we are onboarding dozens of new customers at a time.
We’re hiring a Founding Chief Product Officer with co-founder-level impact.
This is not a traditional product role.
We want someone who can help invent a new category, deeply technical, relentlessly product-minded, and obsessed with customer outcomes.
Someone who can talk to customers in the morning, define the right product by lunch, and ship improvements tonight; then invite millions of nonprofit employees to try it.
A builder. A psychologist. A product visionary. An owner of outcomes.
We are building the first truly agentic teammate for nonprofits, software that helps do the work, not just manage it.
You will help invent that future.
You own outcomes, not features. You operate on tight loops: customer insight → product decision → shipped experience …in days, not weeks.
You help define what gets built next through product taste, speed, and direct customer understanding. You own the answer to these questions. Did our nonprofit customers:
This matters more than whether a sprint is closed.
You are building a teammate, not a tool.
This is a chance to define a new category: AI for good, services-as-software, human coordination at scale.
Our CEO is YC backed, built a couple of dope things, sold over $1B+ in products (ecommerce) and has deep roots in the nonprofit ecosystem.
Our CTO is a super builder with experience across companies like TikTok & Meta.
We have real traction, real customers, and real opportunity to build a billion dollar company. Our customers trust and depend on us to deliver. The stakes are beautifully high.
This is a chance to help build the company that helps nonprofits become more impactful, fundamentally strengthening society’s social fabric.

I think the best builders of the next decade will look less like traditional tech leader and more like product psychologists; people who deeply understand humans and build systems that help them move to higher heights.
If you want to help invent the first real AI teammate for nonprofits, we should talk.
This is less an application and more a search for unusual alignment of the right person who’s uniquely situated for this mission. If you know this role is for you, email me your LinkedIn, GitHub (if you have), the most impressive thing you’ve shipped and why you’re the human meant to rewrite how nonprofits achieve exponentially more impact on society.
[email protected]. We are looking for the right person, so we are not rushing.
